A centuries-old technique refined for modern skin — gentle, effective, and completely natural.
Natural sugaring paste — just sugar, water & lemon
Sugaring is one of the oldest hair removal methods in the world, with roots in ancient Egypt and Persia. Unlike waxing, which uses synthetic resins, sugaring uses a simple paste made from just three ingredients: sugar, water, and lemon juice.
The paste is applied against the direction of hair growth and removed with a flicking motion in the natural direction of growth — this means less breakage, less irritation, and results that last noticeably longer than waxing.
Because the paste is water-soluble, it rinses off completely with water and never leaves a sticky residue. It's also applied at body temperature, which means no risk of burns.
Three ingredients only: sugar, water, lemon. No synthetic resins, no artificial fragrances, no chemical additives. Safe for even the most sensitive skin.
The paste adheres only to the hair — not the skin. This makes removal significantly gentler than waxing, with far less irritation and redness.
Hair is removed from the root in the direction of growth, reducing breakage. Over time, regular sugaring leads to finer, sparser regrowth.
Sugaring paste is used at body temperature — never hot. There is zero risk of burns or heat-related skin damage.
Fresh paste is used for each client. The water-soluble formula rinses off completely, leaving skin smooth and residue-free.
Especially beneficial for sensitive, dry, or reactive skin. Even clients who've found waxing too harsh are often able to tolerate sugaring comfortably.
We'll briefly discuss your skin type, any sensitivities, and the area to be treated. Hair should be at least 0.5 cm long. We recommend avoiding sun exposure, exfoliation, or heavy creams in the 24 hours before.
The sugaring paste is applied at body temperature in the opposite direction of hair growth, gently coating the hair and follicle.
The paste is flicked off in the natural direction of hair growth in small sections. This technique minimizes breakage and reduces discomfort significantly.
The skin is gently cleansed and soothed. We'll give you personalized aftercare advice — typically: no heat, no tight clothing, and gentle exfoliation after 48 hours.
